Guy Crawford – Director
Guy has substantial experience recruiting in-house lawyers, compliance and data privacy professionals in the UK and internationally in a variety of different sectors, including Technology, Media & Telecoms, FMCG, Financial Services as well as Oil and Gas.
Prior to starting BaronCrawford, Guy was a Managing Consultant in the in-house team of a well respected specialist legal and compliance recruiter where he worked on a broad range of recruitment projects from General Counsel level positions to more junior roles. Before that, Guy trained and qualified at Simmons & Simmons, working in the Technology and Commercial departments. This experience has proved invaluable, giving him an excellent appreciation of in-house work and a genuine understanding of his clients’ needs.
Rob Baron – Director
Prior to BaronCrawford, Rob worked with Guy as a Managing Consultant in the in-house team of a well respected legal and compliance recruiter and has worked across several industry sectors with particular expertise in Life Sciences as well as working on positions within Manufacturing, IT and Outsourcing, FMCG, Financial Services and Oil and Gas. In addition, he is at the forefront of the recruitment of both compliance and data privacy professionals, regularly attending compliance and data privacy conferences and working groups.
